Composition of mulled wine

The classic version uses the following ingredients:

  • Red wine - 750 ml;
  • Water - 100 ml;
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon;

  • Carnation - 5 buds;
  • Cinnamon - 1 wand (or floor of a teaspoon with ground).

Recipe mulled wine

1. Mix in a spice saucepan and add water.

2. Bring a mixture to boil, remove from the fire. Insist for 10 minutes.

5. Heat on slow heat up to 65-70 ° C.
